TEMPPIS RUKANTÄHTI

Temppis Rukantähti is a semi-detached apartment in Ruka, Kuusamo, managed by Tempputemmellys. Rukantähti is located in a quiet holiday apartment area of Kesäjärvi, about two kilometers from the front slopes of the ski resort. The ski slope and the free ski bus leave from the immediate vicinity of the cottage, and Ruka's S-market is about a kilometer away.

The two-story semi-detached house was completed in 2012. The apartment is equipped to a high standard and taking into account the needs of families with children. The spacious kitchen and dining area allows for a comfortable time together in the warmth of the fireplace, and sauna rooms equipped with audio equipment, a wine cabinet and a glassed-in terrace, for example, bring additional comfort to your vacation. Rukantähti has three bedrooms, beds for 6-8 adults and a private toilet on both floors. Holiday everyday life is made easier by e.g. the washing tower in the utility room and the carport in the yard.

Rukanstähte is mainly rented by the week (in high season Sat-Sat).

€350 weekend (not in January-April)

€500 summer weeks

€700 winter weeks

€1300 high season weeks (Christmas, New Year's, weeks 8-17)

Prices do not include final cleaning. Final cleaning €100.

TEMPPIS CHALET VIERUMÄKI

Temppis Chalet Vierumäki is a holiday apartment managed by Tempputemmellys in the heart of Vierumäki sports college. The apartment is located along the entrance road of the sports college, on the second floor of the Chalet 4 property. The house next to the Cooke golf course is next door to the Scandic Vierumäki congress hotel, where Vierumäki's reception service, restaurant world, and wellness and entertainment services operate. All sports services of the sports college, lighted ski trails and wonderful nature are also a short walk away.

The new fully equipped 65m2 apartment has a spacious living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms, sauna, separate toilet and a large glazed balcony. The apartment is comfortably furnished and especially considering the needs of families with children. The apartment has free wireless Internet connection. On the ground floor of the building, there is the apartment's own lockable warehouse and storage facilities, e.g. for skis, golf equipment and strollers.

You can stay in the apartment on Fridays from 17:00 and on Mondays from 13:00. On Fridays, the room is handed over by 1:00 p.m. and on Sundays by 5:00 p.m

€285 weekend Fri-Sun: 2 days

€520 weekdays Mon-Fri: 4 days (summer weeks 25-32 price 570)

€720 per week Mon-Sun: 6 days (summer weeks 25-32 price 770)

All prices include final cleaning of the apartment. There is an option to add sheet sets (linen, bath towel, face towel) to reservations for €12/piece.
